At this crucial time in the Venezuelan humanitarian crisis, the Venezuelan military has a moral duty to stand in support of their people’s struggle and allow international aid convoys to enter Venezuela. Rubio is Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, Transnational Crime, Civilian Security, Democracy, Human Rights, and Global Women’s Issues.

En un punto crítico de la crisis humanitaria en Venezuela, el ejército venezolano tiene el deber moral de apoyar la lucha de su pueblo contra un usurpador ilegítimo y deben permitir que los convoyes de ayuda internacional ingresen a Venezuela.
