Senator Rubio’s Office Marks “Mobile Office Hours” Milestones
Washington, D.C. – This week, the office of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio celebrated a series of impressive milestones for its “Mobile Office Hours” series. In 2012 alone, “Mobile Office Hours” have been held over 100 times in almost 80 different cities throughout Florida, attracting at least 1,125 visitors.
The “Mobile Office Hours” are an opportunity for members of Senator Rubio’s staff to meet with constituents and assist them with federal issues in their own communities. For constituents who can’t visit the regional offices, these “Mobile Office Hours” offer a more convenient way to seek federal casework assistance.
“I am extremely proud of how hard my office has worked to ensure that constituents from all over the state are aware of how our office can help them,” said Rubio. “My staff and I will continue to use programs like our ‘Mobile Office Hours’ and ‘Marco’s Constituent Mailbox’ to make our office more accessible and our services more convenient for all Floridians.”
Next week, Rubio’s staff will be in Lake and Miami-Dade County to help constituents in the surrounding communities. All times listed below are local:
