MEDIA ADVISORY: Chairman Rubio, Senator Collins Unveil Sweeping Small Business Emergency Economic Relief Plan
Washington, D.C. — At approximately 3:000 pm EDT today in the Senate Radio/TV Gallery, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and U.S. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME), a senior member of the Appropriations Committee and the Health Committee, will hold a press conference to unveil the Restoring Economic Security, Confidence and User Endurance (RESCUE) Businesses Act of 2020, a $300 billion small business emergency economic relief plan that will help small businesses impacted by the coronavirus pandemic make payroll and cover expenses.
