Washington, D.C. – Tomorrow at approximately 7:15 p.m. EDT, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) will deliver remarks at the International Republican Institute’s (IRI) Freedom dinner and awards ceremony honoring U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis and U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley for their contributions to the advancement of democracy and human liberty.
