Rubio Sobre La Suspensión de Entrada a Individuos Vinculados al Régimen Narcoterrorista de Maduro
Washington, D.C. — El senador estadounidense Marco Rubio (R-FL) publicó el siguiente comunicado después que el Presidente Donald Trump emitió una proclamación, en conformidad a las secciones 212(f) y 215(a) de la ley de inmigración y nacionalidad (INA) ((8 U.S.C. 1182(f) y 1185(a)) y la sección 301 del título 3 del Código de los Estados Unidos, suspendiendo la entrada de altos funcionarios del régimen ilegítimo de Venezuela y de sus familiares a los Estados Unidos.
“A ningún mercenario vinculado con la tiranía narcoterrorista de Nicolás Maduro, incluyendo los miembros de la ilegítima Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, se les debe permitir el ingreso a los Estados Unidos. Después de la reunión multilateral de ayer sobre la situación en Venezuela, queda claro que esta administración sigue priorizando la restauración del orden democrático y del estado de derecho en Venezuela. Elogió esta medida que también restringe la entrada de varios miembros del régimen ilegítimo y sus familiares inmediatos.”
Rubio es el Presidente del Subcomité de Relaciones Exteriores para el Hemisferio Occidental, Delincuencia Transnacional, Seguridad Civil, Democracia, Derechos Humanos y Asuntos Globales de la Mujer.
