Miami, FL — El senador estadounidense Marco Rubio (R-FL) emitió el siguiente comunicado tras la declaración de emergencia nacional por parte del presidente Trump en respuesta al coronavirus:
“La declaración de emergencia nacional de hoy liberará fondos federales y proporcionará flexibilidad para que los gobiernos estatales y locales respondan a la pandemia del COVID-19. Estoy en contacto regular con la administración Trump y el gobernador DeSantis para asegurarme que la Florida no experimente escasez de equipos médicos, camillas de cuidados intensivos o respiradores en caso de un brote regional significativo. Además, como presidente del comité de pequeñas empresas en el senado, estamos haciendo progresos sustanciales de forma bipartidista para brindar asistencia a las pequeñas empresas”.
