Washington, D.C. — El senador estadounidense Marco Rubio (R-FL) emitió un comunicado tras reunirse con la jueza Ketanji Brown Jackson, la nominada del Presidente Joe Biden a la Corte Suprema de Justicia de EE.UU.
“Como dije cuando se nominó a la jueza Jackson, no puedo apoyar a ningúna persona que crea que es apropiado que los jueces elaboren nuevas políticas y creen derechos en lugar de interpretar y defender la Constitución tal y como está escrita”, Rubio dijo. “La historia de la jueza Jackson es inspiradora y aprecio la oportunidad de haberme reunido con ella.
