“As Chairman of the United States Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, it is my honor to recognize Hull’s Seafood Restaurant and Market of Ormond Beach, Florida as the Senate Small Business of the Week.

“Jimmy Hull founded Hull’s Seafood in 1984, using his years of experience catching and selling fresh fish at Ponce Inlet.

“Since then, Hull’s Seafood has expanded from a small take-out kitchen into a full service restaurant and market.

“Recently, they embarked on an expansion project that doubled its staff and restaurant size, creating more jobs and dignified work in the Ormond Beach area.

“In 2018, Hull’s Seafood was awarded with the Governor’s Business Ambassador Medal for their successful efforts to create local jobs.

“Hull’s Seafood is a great example of successful American entrepreneurialism. Congratulations to the entire Hull’s Seafood team. I look forward to watching your continued success.”
