Washington, D.C. — This week, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, named GT AirInject, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida as the U.S. Senate Small Business of the Week.
“As Chairman of the United States Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, it is my pleasure to honor GT AirInject Incorporated of Jacksonville, Florida as the Senate Small Business of the Week. Founded by Glen Black, GT AirInject is a family-owned manufacturer of air injection machines, which provide an efficient way to improve soil and lawn maintenance for golf courses and athletic fields. Through extensive research, innovative product design, and hard work, Glen and his team created a line of products with international demand and began exporting their machines. In fact, their flagship product, the Air2G2, is so effective that GT AirInject has sold the product to world renowned golf courses and sports facilities across the globe. Glen and the team at GT AirInject continue to manufacture their products in the United States and create jobs in the Jacksonville community. As we celebrate World Trade Month, it is important to recognize the limitless potential that exporting offers to small businesses across the country. GT AirInject is an outstanding example of a small business who has benefited from tapping into global markets. It is my distinct honor to name GT AirInject as the Senate Small Business of the Week.”
