Rubio Applauds TSA Extension for Displaced Hurricane Maria Victims
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) released the following statement today after the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved an extension of Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA) for displaced victims of Hurricane Maria:
“FEMA’s approval of a TSA extension for displaced survivors of Hurricane Maria is welcomed news. TSA was a critical short-term housing solution that allowed many families to recover in Florida after Hurricane Maria. Rubio previously called for TSA extensions for Hurricane Maria victims in April and January.
Washington, D.C.
