Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), a member of the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, released the following statement today after the Senate unanimously passed the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Authorization Act (S. 3346), which he and five other senators introduced:
“A robust federal space program is critical to America’s leadership and national security, and this bipartisan legislation lays the blueprint for the next generation of America’s space policy and provides NASA with the resources necessary to prepare and launch exciting new missions.
