Rubio Applauds Senate Confirmation of Robert Luck to Serve on Eleventh Circuit
Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) issued the following statement after the Senate confirmed Florida Supreme Court Justice Robert Luck to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit:
“Justice Luck is a well-qualified nominee who has served honorably in various capacities in both the federal and Florida state justice systems, including as a Justice on the Supreme Court of Florida,” Rubio said. “I applaud the Senate’s confirmation of Justice Luck, and I am confident he will continue to serve our nation well in his new role as a U.S. Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit.”
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit handles federal cases in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
