Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, released the following statement after the Trump Administration announced a new measure cutting off the regime of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro from U.S. financing of debt:
