Washington, D.C. – In today’s installment of Marco’s Constituent Mail Box video series, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio responds to several constituents regarding this week’s budget votes as well as the situation surrounding the Chinese lawyer and human rights activist, Chen Guangcheng.
Andres in Miami, Michael in Pensacola and John in Titusville wrote with a wide range of opinions on the different budget proposals the Senate voted on this week. Robert in Summerfield, Ruth in Dunnellon and Mike in Melbourne shared their views on how the U.S. should address the situation of Chen Guangcheng, a blind lawyer and human rights activist in China who has sought assistance from the U.S. after being persecuted by the Chinese government.
