Fighting for Florida
| Sep 28 2011
With the start of Rosh Hashanah tonight at sundown, my wife Jeanette, our kids, and I would like to send best wishes to all of our Jewish friends and neighbors in Florida and around the world.
Rosh Hashanah not only marks the beginning of the Jewish New Year and a celebration of man’s creation. It is also a reminder of America’s Judeo-Christian roots, our common values and the special bond we share with the Jewish people.
In this time of the High Holidays, we ask that blessings be bestowed upon the land of Israel and that peace be fostered among Israel and all her neighbors.
To our Jewish friends and neighbors, may you be inscribed and sealed in the Book of Life, and have a good and sweet new year. L'shanah tovah u'metukah.
