Creating new middle-class jobs and equipping Americans with the skills to fill those jobs are top agenda items for Senator Rubio. The remarks will be part of a forum hosted by The Institute for a Competitive Workforce (ICW), a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Citi Foundation, and College Summit.
