MEDIA ADVISORY: Rubio To Deliver Speech On Rebuilding American Defense
Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, September 17, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) will address the need to build American defense capabilities for the 21st century, in light of the current global crises and attempts to diminish American military strength to historic lows. Rubio will offer specific policy targets for rebuilding each branch of the armed services, heightening cyber and space capabilities, and reforming components of the military personnel system.
The event is hosted by the John Hay Initiative, in association with Concerned Veterans for America and The Project for the Common Defense.
