MEDIA ADVISORY: Rubio To Deliver Remarks On Russia At The Heritage Foundation
Washington, D.C. – Tomorrow, February 25, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) will address arms control issues with Russia, in light of the Obama Administration’s expressed desire for further U.S. nuclear weapons reductions and recent press reports regarding Russian noncompliance with the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.
In addition, given recent Russian attempts to destabilize global security, its backing of tyrants and rogue regimes, and its rampant violation of human rights, Rubio will highlight the importance of a clear-eyed and realistic U.S. policy toward Russia.
The following event is being hosted by The Heritage Foundation, along with the National Institute for Public Policy. Media can RSVP or watch it streaming live here.
