MEDIA ADVISORY: Rubio’s Office To Host Veterans Resource Expo At FIU
Washington, D.C. – Tomorrow, December 12, the office of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) will host a Veterans Resource Expo at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami. Rubio’s staff has partnered with State Representative Michael Bileca and Miami-Dade County Commissioners Esteban Bovo, Jr. and Jose “Pepé” Diaz for the event.
Over 50 federal, state and local agencies will be on site to offer assistance to veterans and their families in areas such as education, financial services, housing, and legal services, among others.
Last week, Rubio’s staff hosted Veterans Resource Expos in Tampa and Orlando. Watch coverage from Orlando’s News 13 here.
