MEDIA ADVISORY: FRIDAY: Rubio to Hold Small Business Field Hearing, Media Availability at Cape Canaveral
Washington, D.C. — On Friday, July 19, 2019 the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship will convene a hearing titled, “Moon Landings to Mars Exploration: The Role of Small Business Innovation in America’s Space Program.”
The hearing will focus on how small businesses contributed to help America win the space race and how they continue to create innovative space technologies through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
The hearing will be live-streamed on the committee’s website here.
