Florida is home to 1.7 million National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) policies, more than any other state. Without action, the program will expire on September 30, 2022.

The NFIP Extension Act would extend NFIP authorization for one year, until September 30, 2023.
Looking forward … Rubio will continue his longstanding efforts to support NFIP, and push for much-needed reforms to ensure flood insurance remains affordable and accessible to Florida families.

La Ley de Extensión del Programa Nacional de Seguros Contra Inundaciones extendería la autorización del NFIP por un año, hasta el 30 de septiembre del 2023.
