At Approx 2:30pm, Rubio Delivers Remarks on the Senate Floor

Washington, D.C. – Today, at approximately 2:30 p.m ET, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) will deliver remarks on the Senate floor on the retirement of his colleague, Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL).

Rubio will also address U.S. involvement with the Saudi-led coalition in the Yemen conflict, and ongoing efforts to rebuild Tyndall Air Force base in the Florida Panhandle after the destruction of Hurricane Michael. Today, Rubio penned an op-ed on Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Last week, he published an op-ed on the need for Tyndall Air Force Base to be fully rebuilt.

Rubio’s remarks will be broadcast on C-SPAN 2 and the U.S. Senate’s official website.
