Flags can be flown over the Capitol any day of the year for special occasions or events. Flags provided by Senator Rubio’s office are accompanied by a certificate showing that it was flown over the Capitol. All flags are made in the United States.

Please place orders at least six weeks in advance to help secure a particular date. However, due to the large number of flag requests no date can be guaranteed.

To request a flag please download and return this Flag Request form, with the correct payment to the Senator’s Washington, D.C. office. Please allow three to four weeks for processing and delivery.

Please note that you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to view and print the forms below. This software, which is a free download, can be downloaded by clicking here.

Each flag will be accompanied with a certificate signed by the Architect of the Capitol certifying the date that the flag was flown over the United States Capitol and listing the name of the person/persons or organization for whom the flag was purchased. Please provide the following information, as applicable, so that we can include the appropriate information on the flag certificate.

**Important**
Normal processing time for flags flown over the Capitol is 4 to 6 weeks. All prices listed are at cost, and no profit is incurred.
